Sawera Township is a premium plotted development located in a high-growth real estate corridor. The project offered well-planned layouts, modern amenities, and clear legal titles, making it a strong proposition for both investors and home buyers. However, despite having a quality product, the brand had no online presence and relied solely on offline network marketing sessions, which limited its reach and slowed sales momentum. The challenge was simple but urgent — establish a credible digital footprint, create visibility, and generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
